This week

There hasn't been much going on this week. I am happy that it is August and things have slowed down just a bit.

Leslie started back to school/daycare this week. She is going on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we couldn't be happier. The girls have been fighting a lot, and I know it's because they are always together. The break is nice, and Leslie is excited to go. She has a great time and talks about all the things she got to do. And, Daddy picked her up this week, and she got to ride in the truck so she's extra happy.

Lindsey is continuing swim lessons and doing a GREAT job. She can swim free-style for about 20 feet without stopping, and is learning to breathe while swimming. The girls who hated to put her face in the water is going to the bottom of the 3 foot pool to get dive sticks. She also taught herself how to "mermaid" dive, although she isn't allowed to dive in the kiddie pool or 3 feet area. Other than swim, she went to the bookstore with me twice this week. She finds little projects to do, and Anne is nice enough to pay her for her work. She loves it!

Maybe we'll do something exciting this week. I'm trying to post a video of Lindsey in the pool, but I think the file is too big. We'll work on it.
