update

There really hasn't been too much going on, which is why I haven't posted anything lately. Last weekend we went to a day-long birthday party on Saturday for Sophie - it was a lot of fun. Then Sunday David golfed with some previous work buddies, and the girls and I went to the bookstore for a while. It's back-to-school, so they need some extra help.

Monday was a nice day, but not hot. All week the high was 80 and low 60, so we have all the windows open. The girls really wanted to go to the pool, so we did. I didn't take off my capris or tshirt, but they went it. It lasted about 45 minutes, then they were cold. So we left and picked up Maddie to spend the night.

Tuesday and Thursday Leslie went to school - she's so glad to be back - and Lindsey and I went to work. Lindsey has a great time, but as it gets busier she has to stay in the office. So she played with her Leapster and watched movies. She also drew some pictures and sent notes to me.

Wednesday and Friday are clean up around the house, do laundry, and grocery shopping. We have company coming tonight and the girls are pretty excited. Mom, Nick, Ronelle and the boys will be here for the weekend.
